The site is set in 21 acres of lovely Norfolk countryside just 2 minutes drive from Fakenham Market town and 10 to 15 minutes drive from the Norfolk coast.

We have a golf driving range and a lovely 9 hole, Par 3, Pitch and Putt Course. This is a very popular area for Bird watching, fishing (sea and course). We are central for all of North Norfolk.

Caravan Site

Our 3 1/2 acre, 2 year old Caravan & Camping site has a wide easy access with 50 pitches all with electric hook ups. Some hard standing available.

The site is part of a 22 acre complex which includes a Golf Driving Range, Par 3 Pitch & Putt course, Golf Shop, and Club House with licensed bar. All facilities are available to campers. Golf clubs can be hired. Our newly completed heated toilet shower blocks are spotlessly clean. The site is sunny and open, surrounded by mature hedges and new trees, with extensive views of the golf course and surrounding country side and set in the heart of Norfolk farmland.

50 Tourers/Motorhomes, 11 Hard Standings, Campsite Area for Tents, 50 Hookups, Toilets, Shower Block, Chemical Disposal Point, Dishwashing Facility, Disabled Facilities, Bar/Pub, Par 3 9 Hole Golf Course, Driving Range, Rallies Welcome.

Food Shop 0.5m, Gas 1m, Takeaway Food 1,000 yards, Fishing 0.5m, Horse Riding 1m, Water Sports 8m, Sandy Beach 8m.

Pets are especially welcome and we have a lovely long dog walk around the perimeter.

This is a popular area for bird watching. We are nicely central for all of North Norfolk attractions.

Bird watching. Pensthorpe Nature Reserve and Gardens. Bentley Wild fowl. The Owl Sanctuary. Norfolk Broads. Fishing close by both course & sea. The Thursford Collection is well worth a visit. Plus the famous Thursford Christmas Show. Steam Railways including Wells and Walsingham and Holt to Sheringham Railway. Walsingham Shrine and Abbey Grounds. Muckleburgh Working Military Museum. A number of Stately homes including Sandringham Estate. Seal watch trips.  Plus many more attractions.

Fakenham Thursday market & Saturday Farmers Market. There are a number of other markets in the local towns.

Buses

The coast Hopper bus service runs from Kings Lynn to Cromer. Local services bus services from Fakenham.

From Kings Lynn take A148 to Fakenham road then just before Fakenham turn left onto B1355 signpost Burnham Market.
Site on right in 200 yards.

Tariff's

We have an all in fee of £11.50 per night for 2 adults all year round with no hidden extras. Apart from Bank holidays when we are £15. all in.
