Rookley Country Park is situated within the heart of the enchanting Isle of Wight in twenty acres of beautiful rolling landscape, including its own coarse fishing lakes with excellent coarse fishing for experts and beginners alike

There are acres of grounds providing a peaceful setting for your holiday making this an ideal base for which to explore the island. 

You have the whole of the Island's many attractions within easy reach and a wonderful park with plenty of activities and amusements for the children and all the family.

All caravans are attractively sited within lawned grounds and around a perimeter road, giving easy access.

Secure parking areas are located close by and the club is sited some 200 yards away overlooking the lake and children's play area.

Premier/Luxury - Accommodation

These 36' x 12' caravans are beautifully furnished, heated and insulated throughout.

They accommodate six to eight people in two or three bedrooms plus a full size double pull out bed in the lounge.

Super kitchen with microwave, colour television, shower with hand basin and toilet.

Standard Accommodation

Modern caravan holiday homes for up to six people offering you high quality accommodation.

All caravans have a dining area which converts into a double bed and/or lounge area which converts to two single beds

Each two bedroomed caravan has a large comfortable lounge with wrap-around settee and adjacent dining area and a colour television,

Fully-equipped kitchen, shower room with washbasin and toilet.

All caravans are equipped with duvets and pillows

Bed linen, microwaves and highchairs for hire.

Touring and Tenting

Our new Touring and Tenting area provides pitches to a high standard together with a new amenity building offering all facilities required by the discerning visitor.

Tourers

New for the 2005 season, our pitches are all 10mtrs square of which, half is hard standing. Each provides electricity, water and waste water disposal, the cost of which is included in the pitch tariff charge

Tents

An idyllic spot set away from the remainder of the site with beautiful views across farmland to Culver Down. Some pitches offer electrical pick-ups and there are ample water points

Facilities

Launderette, Cafeteria and take-away,  and a Bar and restaurant.

Indoor swimming pool plus existing outdoor pool, Children's splash pool and slide, Children's playground and bouncy castle, Pitch and putt course, Weekly  Darts, pool and video games , Family Arcade and Nightly family entertainment,

In the peak season only  there is also a firework display.

Fishing Lakes

The fishery boasts two mature lakes within Rookley Country Park, which were converted from overgrown wilderness to a well managed commercial coarse fishery during the winter of 1998/99

The large lake is around 2 acres. This is the specimen lake, containing mainly carp although roach, rudd, perch and pike are also present. Pike fishing is only allowed between October 1st and March 31st with no livebaiting.

The small lake, is around ¾ of an acre, is a general coarse fishing lake containing a variety of species, including roach, rudd, perch, tench, golden tench, mirror carp, common carp and crucian carp.
