For caravan, camping and touring holidays in the Criccieth, North Wales.

Criccieth lies on the shores of Snowdonia and the  park is located in this very scenic resort, with many amenities to suit everyone, (beaches, mountains, pony trekking, lakes, fishing, slate caverns, Ffestiniog railway, Portmeirion, sailing, etc., etc.) all within easy reach.

The Park is situated on the A497, just 3 1/2 miles from Porthmadog and 1 1/2 miles from Criccieth, which is just a 15 minute walk, with shops, petrol  stations, public houses, cafes, restaurants, beach and a post office. Criccieth Castle is always worth a visit as the views around the bay are breathtaking. Also you cannot visit Criccieth without tasting the famous Cadwalladers ice cream.

The park is set within 11 acres and is positioned in a very picturesque area. We have spectacular views overlooking Cardigan Bay as well as panoramic mountain views. There are plenty of public footpaths surrounding the park for  the fit and adventurous.

Park Facilities

Tent and Touring Caravans are welcomed and we have our own Static Caravans for hire.

There are level areas for both Tents and Tourers, also 35 electric hook-up points.

We aim to keep our toilet blocks clean and tidy at all  times.

Electric shaver points and electric points for hairdryers are provided. Hot water is in constant supply.

Hot Showers, washing and drying facilities are available.

Mains water points throughout the site and Elsan disposal.

Dogs are permitted, but must exercise in designated dog walks or off the park.

 Static Hire

Our caravans are fully equipped with microwave oven, colour television, gas fire and fridge.
They are six berth with a double room, twin room with overhead bunk and a bed settee in the lounge. Quilts and pillows are provided for 5 persons. (Please provide your own quilt covers, pillow cases and sheets.

Wheelchair Access - One of our Caravans is factory built for wheelchair users.

Nightly Charges on application

Sorry no dogs allowed. (with the exception of guide dogs)

One boat per caravan will be allowed at a weekly supplement of £15

One extra car per caravan will be allowed at a weekly supplement of £10

Directions

Come into Porthmadog and at the roundabout, turn on the A497 towards Criccieth. Follow this road for 3 1/2 miles, through Pentrefelin, take  1st right after the Plas Gwyn to "Eisteddfa Caravan & Camping Park". Then take 1st left into the park
Reception is at the Lodge as you turn right.

Please Note:-
Minimum pitch fee during high season £10.60 per night
Dogs 50p per dog per night.
Extra adults £1.50 per person per night.
Extra Cars £1.50 per car per night.
All charges will be incurred at the managements discretion.
