Carpe Diem Is an ancient farmhouse built in 19th century. It is situated only a few kilometer from the medieval village of Noyers and Chablis's vineyard. The house has great charm and character which is very comfortably furnished throughout.
The Court and the Ground are entirely enclosed. It is rated 3 Epis Gites De France

Burgundy (Bourgogne), in the rich heartland of France is a historic region. Its golden age is reflected in the area's of magnificent art and architecture - the grand palaces and art collection of Dijon, the great pilgrimage church of Vezelay, and an evocative abbey

Amongst the walnut trees and the vineyard of Windfallen wood and Irancy, three comfortable rooms have been arranged with the greatest care for our guests.
Pastorale" and the "Roman" are in one of the dependences of the property. The rooms are very well decorated and spacious. Both of the rooms are en-suite with toilet.
The cosy living room is well decorated, and beautifully furnished with a fireplace for those chilly evenings. We can provide dinner if requested by prior arrangement.

Wine
Burgundy is famous for producing wine, mainly from vineyards in the sheltered valleys that stretch south from Dijon to Lyon.
France is also well known for
its cuisine and many dishes are wine based. Dijon is known for its spiced
honey-cake.
You will always find a friendly
welcome in the restaurants and bars in France, with a wide selection to chose
from.

You will find two restaurants, and there are facilities for anyone who likes fishing. Also there is tennis courts and a riding school which is not far away. Shops and other services in the area.
