Guest rooms in a romantic Farmhouse, overlooking the Morvan Hills in Burgundy.

We are situated in the Regional Parc du Morvan, a paradise for people who like walking, history and peace and quiet.  There are Walks directly from the house through fields and forests. 

Writers and other artists come here to work because of the peace and quiet and inspiring atmosphere.

We are not only a Bed and Breakfast, we are also Wine Merchants. We offer a large range of Burgundy wines and also wines from other regions in France. All our wines are chosen by ourselves in the Caves from cotes d'Or, Beaujolais, Ardeche, Rhone, Pays d'Oc and many more. A wine tasting in our Cave, at the source so to speak is a wonderful experience.

Our chef proudly offers good French Cuisine, using products from our own vegetable garden and local products like the great goats cheeses. 

Dinners are served in the renovated barn, the "Grange" by candlelight. Here you can also admire a part of our private painting collection. (dietary requests are no problem).

Enjoy the garden with the 360 degree view over fields hills and forests. It is very peaceful and at night you can admire wonderful starry skies as there are no street lamps or other light sources nearby.

Summer at Cave de Lesvault is Pouilly Fuisse, Chablis, Pernand Vergelesses, etc, blending in perfectly with exquisite dishes after a days walking, swimming or leisure.

Many places of historical and cultural interest nearby:- Autun, Vezelay, Avallon and many more.

Mountain Lakes for Swimming nearby.

Many "Brocante" markets in summer.

Room for 2 with breakfast:-                                              39 Euros.

Room for 1 with breakfast:-                                              30 Euros

Dinner per person. 4 courses without wine:-                     19 Euros.

Your pets are also welcome.
