La Tourelle is situated in upper Colombotte.  La Tourelle has been converted, with much respect to its original appearance, into a chambres et tables d’hôtes It is an ideal starting point for walking- and cycling-tours. The accommodation is comfortably furnished and decorated throughout. On the grounds of La Tourelle there is also room for six little tents for campers. There is also a large caravan (nine metres) close to La Tourelle on its own grounds, near the edge of the woods, with an eco-toilet and room enough for a small tent (for the children). The border between Lorraine and Franche Comte are the Semouse and the little stream that runs alongside the property. Ideally suited for those who love the countryside for cycling, walking, bird watching, fishing and exploring the many historic places of interest over the Vosges mountains in Alsace, and in the departments of the Vosges and  Haute Saône. The house of 'Au Martin Pêcheur' is about 200 years old and the Chambre d'Hote or bed and breakfast facility has 5 attractive bedrooms which have been recently  upgraded.  There is a shared courtyard with a BBQ. The Gite sleeps 8 and was originally built as the village school of La Chaudeau in the 19th Century. The Gite is on the 1st & 2nd Floors & in the front is the walled 'Court' .
