Villa la Lezardière has Bed and Breakfast accommodation in Nice. 15 km from Monte Carlo and the Grand Prix of Monaco, 10 minutes from Eze, Beaulieu and Villefranche sur Mer. The hotel is quietly situated east of Nice with a view over the city and the Mediterranean. Close by is the Golf Club of Monaco.

Situated a few minutes from the city, the Promenade des Anglais is only 5 km away. Ideally placed for visiting the Rivièra, being situated on the Grande Corniche.  There are beautiful views of Nice and the sea. The whole Côte d'Azur is at your feet. The airport is 12 km away.
 

Your hosts will make sure you feel at home and enjoy your stay in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.

Breakfast can be served on the terrace or in the dining room.

Accommodation

There are 4 rooms at La Lezardière, all of which are comfortably furnished with satelite television, refrigerators, hairdryer, and small safe deposit boxes.

One of the rooms (Rosina) has its sauna, another ( Ellen) a kitchenette and on the first floor there is a bedroom (Bleu) with a sitting room with doors that lead to a spacious terrace. All the rooms open on to terraces. In addition to this there are gardens, covered terraces a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi.
Parking is available on the premises.

       

About the area

Within a few kilometers north of the city you will find a beautiful and quiet mountainous landscape with charming villages as Aspermont and Peillon for example. A very nice tour is the one to col le Turini, well known from the rally Monte-Carlo. Beautiful coast ways lead to Monaco with the picturesque village of Eze to visit along the way. Cannes and St. Paul de Vence, with its galleries, are worth a visit.

We also have a completely furnished house ( Oriental) available.

Accommodation:-  comprises of 2 bedrooms, one with a shower, a bathroom, a service room with washing machine etc., an American-style kitchen with dishwasher etc. The living room has a terrace with a view over Nice and the sea. The carport has room for at least 2 cars.

Directions

If you are coming by motorway from the west it is best to take exit nr. 50 Nice centre, Promenade des Anglais. Follow the Promenade des Anglais until you reach the harbour. (About halfway along you can see on the hilltops to your left the white dome of the observatory, just below  is Villa la Lezardière) Then follow the green signs Monaco-Menton, Grande Corniche. Follow the signs and you will arrive at a crossing where you take the minitunnel direction Autoroute/ Sospel / Riquer. Out of the tunnel it is 850 meters to a crossing where you turn to the right. Then you are on the Grande Corniche( Boulevard Bischoffsheim then Boulevard de l'Observatoire ) From this crossing it is 2,5 km to our place. You will see the signs for our Chambre d'Hôtes at the left side of the road. At the end of a little road you have found your destination

Tariff

Low season: prices on request January 5th until February 28th.

Prices for the weekend 23 May ( Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday ) of the Grand Prix of Monaco ( minimum reservation 4 nights) : on request.

Ellen   room:- with kitchenette, shower and w.c., double bed 200 *160      € 100

Rosina room:- with sauna, bath, shower and w.c., double bed 200*160      € 120

 Blue  room:- with sitting room, bath, shower,  w.c., double bed 200*160   € 120

Oriental  Apartment :-with one room 2 beds, one room double bed           € 190

Breakfast and tourist tax included for 2 pers ( apartment 4 pers)

Prices per day from April 1 until October 31st
extra person/bed 25 euro per day.

For a reservation we ask you to e-mail or fax, your credit card number and expiry date (MasterCard or Visa). To confirm your reservation we charge a pré-payment of 25% of the cost of the total stay, with a minimum of one night per room.
