We welcome guests to our large Bed and Breakfast home.

Lounge on 4th floor of a closed apartment complex with palm-trees situated down California hills and 10 minutes to the foot of the famous Croisette (avenue of Stars) and the sacred temple of the 7th Art.

We are only 10 minutes from the train station and 30kms from the airport of Cannes.

About Cannes

On the Mediterranean coast in the SE corner of France. 16 miles W of Nice and its airport. Cannes in situated on gently rolling hills set around a broad sandy bay.

The glitter of film festival in May overlays the visual grandeur of the aristocratic tourist architecture of the 19th century.

Beaches

The town stretches along a waterfront of almost an unbroken sandy beach.

On La Croisette, most sections are privately owned by the grand hotels but are open to the public for a fee. These offer recliners, mattresses, umbrellas, etc; and often bar, restaurant and water sports. Towards the E end a long stretch of sand is public.

Activities 

Several excellent golf clubs, large tennis and squash clubs and water sports are arranged at the marina at E end of bay.

Nightlife:

Several casinos; a wide selection of discos; other evening entertainment focused on the chic bars of the big hotels.

Eating out:

 Wide choice of top-quality gastronomic restaurants mostly in the palace hotels. Vast numbers of mid-priced restaurants around the port and more atmospheric, romantic bistros in the old town.

Public transport

City bus network, plenty of taxis and trains along coast. The access to the airport is possible with a shuttle service direct to Nice airport every 30 minutes and 10 minutes by foot from my B and B.

Directions

Exit of motorway A8 Cannes Centers, to follow the Carnot boulevard until the transverse expressway,  take Antibes direction on left then data base of the Republic to the avenue of Prado. To skirt the park of Prado and 1st on the left gone Quebec, to swallow-hole. Prince de Galles, with 50 meters
