Holidays accommodation in the Pays de Duras, a gateway to the Dordogne in the region of Guyenne
Bed and Breakfast at Le Pascaud in charming bedrooms named : BORDEAUX, BANGKOK , DAKAR , and MOGADOR set in a 4 hectare estate, with beautiful view of the fields.
A rural Gite tucked away in the calm of the countryside, offering a delightful swimming pool and accommodation for up to 8 people. English spoken by the owner.
Set within the buildings of a former farm, which as been recently renovated, your Gite is distanced from the owners’ house by a large barn, providing a quiet, out of the way site.
The farm, resembles a small hamlet, offers a large surrounding area of open space, with gardens, orchard and meadows.
The Gite offers 130 m2 of accommodation for 8 people ( a baby bed is also
available).
You are here in a haven of peace, in the Pays de Duras situated between Dordogne and Lot et Garonne, approximately 18 miles from Bergerac and 15 from Marmande.
Available on site, there are bicycles and a variety of open air games (badminton, croquet, Frisbee and a children’s swing) as well as indoor games and a small library. We also have a card granting free access to the tennis court of St Jean de Duras (3 km).
Around the Gite, footpaths offer a selection of walks in forest and meadow.
“Table d’hôtes” is available by reservation, providing a daily menu for including an aperitif, wine, coffee and some produce.
Facilities
Swimming pool (12 X 5.5) opened from May to October.
Hire of bed linen :- 8 euros per bed.
Blankets/quilts are provided and there is a baby bed available free of charge.
Tiny dogs are accepted, providing that they are kept under the supervision of
their owners and correct behaviour with other animals.
Tariff's
The price is 45 euros for 2 persons, (12 euros for the 3rd pers. in the studio) with breakfast included , and possibility to have dinner for 14 euros (aperitif, wine, starter, main course, cheese, sweet and coffee) at a table d'hôtes with homemade products."

Other periods: 400€/week + heating.
Gite for 6 people
From June to September: 530€/week
Other periods: 320€ /week
Chambre d'hôte:
2 people with breakfast: 40 or 45€ depending on seasons.
