Maison Narbay" - Is open all year.

Your hosts Carl and Sarah a Franco -Welsh couple welcome you to "Maison Narbay" charming B&B situated 15 minutes from Bayonne-Anglet-Biarritz, the golf and Atlantic beaches between Landes and Basque country. We have restored this Basco-Landaise style house built in 1870 in the truest tradition.

Maison Narbay is surrounded by nature, 14 kms from Bayonne and the beaches of Ondres and Tarnos, 20 kms from Hossegor, 25 kms from Biarritz.

Carl and Sarah  invite you to stay in one of the 2 bedrooms or the family room.  We will share our local knowledge to help you have a wonderful holiday (markets, walks, nature reserve, restaurants, etc...)

Accommodation

The Bedrooms:- The spirit of authenticity has been preserved in the restoration of "Narbay". You can find it in each bedroom where we have used important features of the Basco-Landaise traditions. After a day of discovery or activities, for your comfort you will find the harmony of colours and the authenticity of materials offer a warm atmosphere .

All our bedrooms are en suite, have a desk, a private terrace with chairs. They all are more than 23 m², are fitted with good quality beds and each can have an extra bed on request. "Maison Narbay" is non smoking. For hygiene, animals are not accepted.

Depending on the season, breakfast will be served in the dinning room , or on the terrace which leads directly onto the garden. Offering homemade cakes, breads and jams, this ample tasty breakfast will lead you to discover the "art de vivre" (way of life), the peaceful, tranquil surroundings in a natural environment.

Around the area

4 kms from the Adour river, 10 mins from the beach, 15 kms from Bayonne, 20 kms from Hossegor, 25 kms from Biarritz and the golf courses.

Activities

For a lesson or a horse-ride in the forest or on the beach; Seignanx horse-club(1 km) or Ondres beach(12 kms) Fishing in the sea or in the river or in one of the many lakes, plus much more to do around the area.

Tariffs 2008 in euros per night per bedroom(1,2,or 4 pers.) including breakfast.

Here are suggestions of tailored escapades , whether it is for a birthday, a wedding anniversary or simply to regenerate yourself. We can adapt the number of nights to suit your needs, add a picnic basket, or bike, don't hesitate to ask us for more personal touches such as a bottle of champagne in the newly weds bedroom or a bottle of Izarra for Dad's 60th birthday!.
