Bed & Breakfast Accommodation in a rural setting deep in the heart of South Warwickshire.

Whitchurch Farm is a family farmhouse bed and breakfast which started in the early eighties by Mrs Joan James and now run by her son and daughter-in-law, William & Elizabeth.

This is a working farm with their main enterprise being 1000 breeding ewes - a visit in the lambing season is a real joy especially for the children. We also farm wheat, barley and beans and for the Christmas market free range Kelly Bronze Turkeys. During the game season we have a ready supply of local game, oven ready for you to take home for the freezer, or some freshly laid free range eggs.

The farm is situated just 5 miles south of Stratford-upon-Avon,  on the very edge of the Cotswolds making an ideal base from which to explore South Warwickshire and the North Cotswolds.

Children are welcome to make friends with our pets and to enjoy the freedom the countryside can offer.

As well as our own pets and farm animals you are likely to see a wide range of birds - Buzzards, Sparrow Hawks and we have a family of Little Owls living in the orchard, plus some of the natural wildlife in the area and around the fields.

Please note the house is totally Non-Smoking.
