Swiss Cottage Bed and Breakfast just for non smokers is a friendly, pleasant, attractive and welcoming Bed and Breakfast situated on North Drive promenade with ample, free parking in an enclosed courtyard at the rear of the building. Built around 1902 Swiss Cottage Bed and Breakfast offers relaxing surroundings with an easy going stay.

The house is designed over three floors with attractive views from the front and side rooms across to the shoreline and sea. The rear of the building overlooks the car park and recreation area. The feeling of space is enhanced by the open reading lounge beside reception.

Accommodation

All rooms are tastefully furnished and decorated and are en-suite. There are a range of types available from king size with splendid sea views across the Venetian water gardens to the sea beyond, to a family room for 2 adults and 2 children.

 

Ground floor double room:-  Ground floor double room with walking disabled access and facilities. Ground floor single room .

 The king size room:- The king size room and charming superking bedroom have views across the water gardens, dunes and shoreline to the sea beyond.  

Charming double bedroom:- with views over the water gardens, dunes and across to the shoreline and sea beyond.

Other double rooms available along with a Family room for 4.

All rooms are centrally heated and enjoy colour television with Freeview channels, radio/alarm, tea/coffee facilities. Rooms serviced daily. Comfortable beds and pleasant decoration in keeping with the accommodation. Swiss Cottage Bed and Breakfast.

Deaf guests have loop systems in reception and dining area with in-room facilities available.

Breakfast

Spacious breakfast room enabling guests to enjoy a full English breakfast of  fruit juice, grapefruit, choice of cereals and sausage, egg, bacon and tomatoes, mushrooms and beans. All made from fresh locally bought produce. Toast, butter with marmalade or jam. Freshly made coffee brewed, with tea available made fresh for you as an alternative.

Information

Well behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement children too if over 8 years. 
The car park offers secluded parking at the rear of the building. One car parking space for each room.

Car parking along the promenade is chargeable April to October. 

A bus stop outside will take you to the main restaurant and bars so why not park the car and take a holiday from driving.

Rooms are available from 3pm on the day of arrival but storage of luggage for those arriving other than by car can be arranged.

Checkout by 10am on day of departure.
