This charming Guest House for Non Smoking Adults is set in over an acre of grounds with beautiful views of the countryside around us. 

Brighstone is a charming place with its own museum, olde worlde post office and N.T. shop. In the village there is a general store and paper shop.

You will find pretty country lanes and footpaths all around. Its easy to getup on to the downs or to the sea.

In the evenings we usually have one or two badgers and a fox that like to come and have supper on our front lawn. Its a lovely experience if you have not seen them up close before.

Buddlebrook offers the following guest house accommodation:-

We have two double rooms with en-suite facilities, colour Tv, hospitality tray, central heating and open views over the garden.

One twin bedded room with en-suite facilities, colour Tv, hospitality tray, central heating and views of the garden.

OUR COTTAGE SUITE for Bed and Breakfast is next to the guest house.

Bedroom

 It has a double and twin bedded both with a vanity unit.
 

Sitting Room

The sitting room has a television and tea and coffee making facilities.

Shower Room

Is situated downstairs and also has a toilet.

Ideal for 4 friends or just 2 people. A peaceful retreat. With full English Breakfast, served in the guest house dining room at 8-30am.

The Full Cottage can be used for Self Catering on a weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday. Details on request.

This is a non smoking establishment, also just for adults.

Kitchen

In this well equipped, fully fitted kitchen, you will find a gas cooker, microwave oven, fridge, toaster, coffee maker etc.

Dining Room

In the dining room we have a table and seating for four people, easy chairs and a full bookcase of reading material.

Sitting Room

The sitting room has a three piece suite and colour television, also heating is provided.

S/C Bookings Saturday to Saturday. Arrive by 3pm. Depart by 10am.

Please note … your time of arrival is necessary, we then we can make sure we are about to hand over the keys.

We are a NON-SMOKING establishment and take ADULTS only.

Car parking is on the drive for house and cottage.

Dogs are very welcome by prior arrangement, on the condition that they are not left in either the property on their own at any time.

Tariff for bed and breakfast

£23.00 - £27.00 per person per night.
