A friendly, family run guesthouse situated in a quiet country location approximately 30 minutes walk from Hugh Town.  The island bus picks up at the end of our lane and there are several good taxi services available. Close to beautiful beaches and wonderful coastal walks. We have a garden and conservatory for your enjoyment where you can just sit and relax.  Four rooms situated on the ground floor. All the rooms are ensuite (with showers). Each room has tea and coffee making facilities, colour television, hairdryer and a clock/radio alarm. We welcome children 10 years and older but regret that we do not take dogs (or any other pets).

Our two guest rooms have stunning views across Mount Flagon estate’s landscaped gardens, which guests may explore at their leisure. Choice of double and/or twin rooms (maximum 4 guests).  Although rooms are not en-suite, each room is fitted with a vanity unit with shaver point - guests also have exclusive use of a private bathroom adjacent to the double room with walk in Mira shower and separate bath and WC. Self service continental breakfast is included in the room charge, served from our breakfast lounge with sea views towards the Off Islands of Tresco, Bryher and Samson. Full English breakfast is available as an optional extra. Children 7 and older welcome.
