Fife. Kinsleith, By Cupar. Gapplair Bed and Breakfast. A modern detached house built in 1995. It is situated off the Dundee to Glenrothes road (A92) in the rural hamlet of Kinsleith. We also welcome members of  Classic Cars and Golfers along with Bobbin Lace Makers. One double room and one with three single beds plus child's bed. Rooms are tastefully decorated and have ensuite shower, tea and coffee making facilities, and colour TV. Evening meals by prior arrangement. Secure parking and garaging is available. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement.

The house is situated some 3 miles North of the historic town of Coldstream, about 8 miles South of the delightful county town of Duns and approximately 14 miles West of Berwick-upon-Tweed. We are well situated within an hour and a half's drive from Edinburgh. The house is south facing with a gently sloping lawn leading to the paddocks which lie to the front of the house. We offer the visitor a truly magnificent venue for a holiday. The spacious rooms are comfortable and tastefully furnished and with large windows affording splendid views of the surrounding countryside. Ccentrally heated. We  have  Cookery Weekends and Residential Decoupage Weekends.
