Gapplair is a modern detached house built in 1995. It is situated off the Dundee to Glenrothes road (A92) in the rural hamlet of Kinsleith.

Accommodation

We have one double room and one with three single beds and a child's bed.

All of the rooms are tastefully decorated and have ensuite shower, tea and coffee making facilities, and colour TV.

Evening meals by arrangement.

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement.

Secure parking and garaging is available.

After a Scotland-wide appeal in tourism magazines, I now hold a list of Classic Car friendly hotels and B&B's. All guarantee off street parking, whilst others offer garaging, tools and/or advice on local events.

      

How to Book

Booking enquiries can be made by the booking form on our website www.gapplairguesthouse.co.uk  or by telephone or email.

Bookings must be confirmed in writing (or by e-mail), and a deposit paid of £5.00 per person per night. Payment can be sent by cheque. We can also accept VISA and MasterCard

Tariff

1-3 nights from £20.00 - £26.00.

For stays of more than 3 nights, we offer a £2.00 discount. Room rates are available for families. Prices are for a double or twin room ensuite per person per night and include a full Scottish Breakfast.

Directions

From Edinburgh
Follow signs M90 Perth. At Junction 2a turn right on to A92 for Dundee. Stay on A92 for 35 miles. Gapplair is one mile on right after passing A913 crossroads.

From Dundee
Cross the Tay Bridge and follow signs for Kirkcaldy on A92. Pass Kilmany and Rathillet and the right turn to Luthrie. Gapplair is on the left 500 metres after the Luthrie turn.

From Perth
Follow M90 south. Leave M90 at Junction 9 and turn left on to A913. Follow A913 for 12 miles until you meet A92. Turn left on to A92 towards Dundee. Gapplair is on the right after one mile

From St Andrews
Take A91 to Cupar. From Cupar, turn right after motor-cycle showroom on to A913 signposted to Perth. After 3 miles, turn right at T junction on to A92 towards Dundee. Gapplair is on the right after 1 mile opposite Easter Kinsleith Farm.
