Ard-Na-Said Guest House is a Victorian house built in 1875. It is set in attractive gardens in a quiet residential area, and offers speedy access to the heart of Edinburgh.

The Guest House has recently been renovated to a high standard with many Victorian features reinstated.

We are situated close to Holyrood Park and Arthur's Seat, where the best walking and inspiring views can be found in Edinburgh.

Within walking distance we can offer golf, tennis and swimming, also within 200m local shops include a Launderette and a Post Office.

For those wishing to explore the numerous wonders of Edinburgh, we are only 100m from a bus stop where there is an excellent bus service to the city centre.

Ard-na-said Guest House is conveniently situated for visitors to the University halls of residence.

You will find your rooms tastefully furnished making your time in Edinburgh as comfortable as possible. All rooms have central heating, tea/coffee making facilities, TV and private bathroom/en-suite.
