Vicki and Mike, your hosts, offer you a warm and friendly welcome to their Bed and Breakfast.
Woodacre offers bed and breakfast in a traditional family house, with annexed accommodation for up to 10 guests. The house is set in an acre of garden surrounded by woodland and is ideally placed for the seaside, the South Downs, historic Arundel, Chichester Theatre or Goodwood races.
For guests using public transport Barnham station is a 5 minute drive by taxi. The home is very easy to find being only minutes from the A27 (the main south coast road).
The Accommodation
Our rooms are clean and spacious and comprise of one ensuite double room and a family room on the ground floor .
Two twin rooms with hand basins on the first floor sharing two bathrooms.
One of the twin rooms can also be arranged as a triple rooms.
All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities and a television.
A full English breakfast is served in the conservatory or dining room overlooking the garden.
Ample off road parking.
We are happy to accommodate Children and pets.
Guests are welcome to make use of the lovely garden.
