short walk away. Horley mainline railway station is a 12 minutes walk with
trains to London (35 minutes) and the South Coast
Accommodation
Guest Dining Room
In the dining room you can enjoy a full English breakfast from
07.30 to 08.30. Vegetarian alternative cooked breakfast available. Continental
breakfast, with a selection of fruit juices,
cereals, fruit compotes, fresh fruit, yoghurts, toast and hot beverages, is
available for you to help yourself anytime before 07.30 as there is a
refrigerator in the dining room. .
Family Guest Room
Our family rooms sleep either 4 or 5 people, utilising a double bed and two or three single beds. The larger family room has a large double bed to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Triple Guest Room
These rooms can accommodate three people in comfort. This can be a family triple with a double and single bed or three singles.
Double Guest Room
Three rooms contain double beds accommodating 2 people. Two of the rooms have the flexibility to be double, twin or family rooms.
Twin Guest Room
This blue and yellow room is available as a twin with 2 single beds or a triple with 3 single beds.
Single Room
There are 2 single rooms - one with an en-suite bathroom and the other with a private bathroom, which is private to the room but not actually in the room.
Bathrooms
In the bathrooms there are lots of little extras to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Room Facilities
All rooms have a selection of tea and coffee-making facilities with a tin of assorted biscuits (cookies). They also have a remote controlled colour television, central heating with a portable electric heater for added heat. In the summer a portable fan is available to cool the room. The colour television is complete with teletext so that you can check on your flight information, world news and sport. There is also a selection of extras designed to make your stay more comfortable.
Holiday Car Parking
There is a car park in front of the house for overnight parking. We also have room at the rear of the property for secure holiday car parking. The guest house backs onto another guest house and the rear of the property is screened from view by a 6 foot hedge, fence and gate.
Directions
Take the M23 exit (Junction 7) off the M25, following signs for Gatwick. Turn off the M23 at Junction 9 (Gatwick Airport). Go past the South Terminal, then at the North Terminal roundabout turn right, following signs for A23 to Redhill. Join the A23 dual carriageway. At the Longbridge roundabout (by Esso petrol station) turn right, still following the A23, into Horley. Church Road is about 500 yards along (the fourth road off on the right). Rosemead is the third house on the right in Church Road, just before Pine Gardens
