Manor Guest House is a warm and friendly guest house run by Steve and Sandy Colbourne, where a relaxed atmosphere is combined with a high level of service.

     

Ideally situated in for business and pleasure in the thriving town of Worthing, which is easily accessible from the Channel Ports, Gatwick and Heathrow Airports and the main routes south. Close to the bus and railway stations within Worthing, and lies on the A24 London to Worthing Road at the corner of Broadwater Road and Georgia Avenue.

We are within easy reach of the main railway station, seafront and shopping centre. Worthing has an abundance of excellent pubs, night clubs and restaurants all within walking distance.

Worthing boasts a warm and sunny climate, and is in an excellent position to explore the South Downs and coastal towns and cities.

 

Accommodation

Manor Guest House offers single, twin, double and family rooms for short or long term stays. Most of our bedrooms are en-suite. All boast colour TV, hair dryer, refreshment tray and radio clock alarms.

We offer a laundry service, and an iron and ironing board are available on request. Shoe cleaning equipment and toiletries are available.

Our ground floor bedroom is designed to accommodate the needs of partially disabled guests.

For large parties we are able to offer comfortable accommodation on both the ground and first floors.

Families are well catered for with cots, sterilisers, bottle warmers and high-chairs available for your use.

      

 

Dining Room

In the dining room, situated on the ground floor, we serve a full traditional breakfast using local produce. Breakfast may be served in your room for a small fee. All meals are freshly prepared.

Our dining room can be converted into a small function room ideal for small parties. A buffet & refreshments can be provided. Please contact us for further details.

We hold a drinks license and will be pleased to serve you with soft drinks or a glass of wine or beer during the day or evening. Snacks are also available, served in the dining room, garden or bedroom.

An  outdoor play area is offered for young children and the Manor Sports Ground is close by.

A payphone is located in the ground floor hallway.

Business Services

We offer to our business customers the use of our fax facilities and access to a modem point. Our dining room can be converted into a small meeting room. This is ideal for small off-site meetings. Audio-visual equipment and refreshments can be provided.

We are able to arrange outdoor activity days/corporate events.

We are close to main business parks and companies such as:  Tom Walkinshaw Racing,  Eurotherm, Norwich Union,  Glaxo, Smithkline,  B & W Speakers, and  HSBC Bank .
