Rosewyn Farmhouse is a 17th century building which has been beautifully restored to a very high standard.

The Farmhouse is situated down a country lane only a mile from the village of Summercourt.

In this rural and peaceful area there are wild flowers and plenty of wild-life including a barn owl living in the barn in the next door field.

Ideally situated to explore Cornwall, anywhere in the county can reached with an hour.

Directions

From Exeter take the A30 and head west to Okehampton and Bodmin. Continue on the A30 for approx 80 miles Look for the A392 and approx 2 miles after that take the exit to Summercourt. Drive into the village to the Corner Stores at the set of traffic lights.  Behind the Corner stores is Carnego Lane. About 1 mile down on your left is Rosewyn
