A warm welcome always awaits you at Trelawny B & B which is situated in the heart of Cornwall near the village of Luxulyan, with easy access to main trunk roads.   We are open all year.

       

Bodiggo Farm stunning late Victorian farmhouse benefiting from beautiful far reaching views. Near to THE EDEN PROJECT which is only a 5 minute drive from Trelawny B&B, making this an ideal base for visitors to Cornwall. Very central for the North and South coast, and the Lost Gardens of Heligan. 

The Accommodation

Decorated and furnished to a high standard, and all rooms have en-suite facilities. They are equipped with, colour television, tea/coffee/biscuits tray (herbal teas available), radio alarm clock. Cornish country views from the rooms.

Bedrooms

Tastefully decorated and furnished  Two double en-suite bedrooms, one twin en-suite.

Dining Room / Lounge

A separate guests dining room/lounge which overlooks the garden.

A full English breakfast is served with various options available on request.

       

Guests are quite welcome to wander and relax around the garden. 

Guests have access at all times.

Sorry, but there is a strict no smoking policy in all bedrooms.

Close to the Saints Way, Lovely walks in the nearby Luxulyan Valley, A local pub serving evening meals within walking distance. The major attractions or Eden Project - just 5 mins. away, Lanhydrock House - 10 mins. away, Lost Gardens of Heligan - 20 mins.

Activities

Good golf course at Lostwithiel, and several more close by.

Around the area

Situated more or less in the centre of Cornwall, virtually anywhere can be reached within an hour:
 
Charlestown with its tall ships and Heritage Centre - 15 mins.
Mevagissey, craft/gift shops, and it's lovely harbour. Foot passenger ferry to Fowey, boat/fishing trips - 20 mins.
Fowey, at the mouth of the river Fowey, a scenic port and very popular with the sailing fraternity.
North coast resorts of Newquay/Padstow - about 30 mins.
Truro city, Lovey cathedral and scenic boat trips down the river to Falmouth.
Lands End - about hour and fifteen minutes.
Plymouth city - 45 minutes.

£25 00p per person per night including a full English breakfast.
