 Quarr Lane Farm is a small friendly family-run Bed and Breakfast offering first class accommodation in the heart of the Dorset countryside. A warm welcome awaits you.

Situated down a quiet country lane off the A35 between the Historic Market town of Bridport, with its street markets on Wednesday and Saturday, and the picturesque village of Chideock. Not far from the stunningly beautiful Jurassic coast, a World Heritage Site.

The local fishing harbour of West Bay is a short drive away (3miles) with Pubs and Restaurants offering a wide selection of dishes, including locally caught fresh fish.

Bedrooms

All bedrooms are en-suite and on the ground floor. Each room has tea and coffee with a selection of teas and locally made biscuits. Fresh milk is always available.

Colour remote-controlled television, clock radio alarm, hair dryer, iron and a luggage rack are available in each room. A fax/modem point is available upon request.

The Lounge

The lounge and dining area have spectacular views over open countryside with French windows opening out onto the pretty patio, exclusively for guest use.

A choice of Full English, continental or vegetarian breakfasts using local produce where possible.

A wide selection of local information is available with guidebooks of places of interest to visit and walks etc. to help when planning days out.

There is ample off road parking.

Around the area

Fishing trips are available from the quayside (we are always happy to freeze your catches for you to take home.)

The fossil-rich beaches of Charmouth & Lyme Regis are to be found to the West. There is a Fossil Collecting Code of Conduct in operation & full details of this are available from the Charmouth Heritage Coast Centre. There are guided walks around Dorset run throughout the year and programmes are available through the local Tourist Information Centres.

The pretty Villages of Symondsbury, Chideock, Eype and Seatown have lovely village pubs each with a wide selection of food, ranging from traditional Pub Food to the more varied restaurant menus.
