Accommodation

Comfortable en suite accommodation with every facility. The rambling house has a genuinely old feeling with oak timbers, a fine oak screen in the hallway and granite fireplaces. Sloping floors and crooked walls contribute to the antiquity of this ancient house.
The Lounge
The lounge has oak beams and brasses, ample comfy chairs to
relax in, and many absorbing books and games.
The Dining room
The dining room is small and cosy, and is furnished with pine dressers, and separate pine tables. Here we serve our food - delicious and plentiful farmhouse fare. Wake every morning to the smell of fresh bread rolls. Dinners are varied and with generous portions to cater for hungry appetites worked up on the moors. Our beef and eggs are home produced, also vegetables in season and where possible serve locally produced food.
The Bedrooms
The Barley bedroom
The Barley room is very spacious and has a pine double bed with a patchwork quilt. A pine window seat set in the wall is a popular place to watch the wildlife in the meadow beyond.

The Clover Room
The Clover room is extremely cosy,
also with views of the meadow from the recessed window. There are two single
pine beds with patchwork quilts.
The polished pine furniture and windowsill
add to the country feel of the room. Through a low doorway is a large
en-suite shower, toilet and basin.
