Trudox Mead Country Bed & Breakfast lies within beautiful countryside just south of Frome, North Somerset. The house lies amidst quiet dairy farmland and offers you a truly rural experience with a delicious light or home cooked traditional English Breakfast. Ingredients are local or home made.

Trudox Mead is very close to Longleat and Stourhead National Trust. It is also central for Wells, Bath, Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, Bristol, Stonehenge and Salisbury. Ramblers and dogs are welcome, with a kennel or back kitchen available. Stables with a paddock are available for horses. Excellent pubs, with a variety of Food and Drink are very close by.

The accommodation is light and airy with comfortable twin or double beds, all rooms ensuite with TV and tea or coffee making facilities. We have two twin bedrooms available in the annex and the main house.

Light or traditional English Breakfast is served in the dinning room. Time and content is by prior arrangement the night before.

Arrival - Please arrive after 1600 hrs or by arrangement.
Departure - By 1100hrs. 
Breakfast between 0700hrs - 0930 hrs.

Grounds Trudox Mead, Country B&B. The Grounds

Guests are welcome to walk in the garden and local paddocks.  Two friendly dogs and a number of Bantam Hens have free range of the grounds.

Dogs 

Dogs are very welcome. We have a kennel or our back kitchen for £5.00 per night per dog. All-in Dog Food is available at £2.00 per meal. Dogs may of course stay for free in your car but sadly we can not allow dogs into our guest rooms.

Horses 

Up to 2 loose boxes with grazing and straw may be available for a nightly hire of £10.00 pn or £15.00 pn with shavings.  Grazing only would be £5.00 pn per horse.

Baby Sitting

Baby sitting by the owners may be available by arrangement at £6.00 per hour or part of up to 2300 hrs,  £10.00 ph from 2300 - 2359 and £15.00 ph or part of from 2359 hrs onwards.
