PLAS ALLTYFERIN is a Georgian (c 1780) Country House, set in its own 260 acre farm and woodland with sweeping views across its own historic motte and bailey castle to unspoilt countryside and the Towy Valley beyond.

At Alltyferin there are lovely walks around the estate, either up to our trig point or along the River Cothi which runs through the property, or in the woodlands.

Accommodation
We have two twin bedded guest rooms with beautiful views, one with en-suite bathroom with shower, and the other room has a private bathroom right next door.
Sitting Room
There is a downstairs sitting room where guests may watch Tv and read, and a panelled dining room where a full cooked breakfast is served.
We don't provide evening meals, but there is a choice of five excellent pubs
and a restaurant within a couple of miles.
Around the area
There is much to see and do in the district - the recently opened National
Botanic Garden of Wales with the world's largest single span dome enclosing
exotic Mediterranean plants with outside open landscaped gardens and woodland.
It is only five miles away, as is Aberglasney with its restored mansion facade
and ancient gardens.
Castles abound - Carreg Cennen on its spectacular rocky crag, Dinefwr the
original home of the last indigenous Princes of Wales; Dryslwyn very ruined but
in a lovely position overlooking the Towy, and further afield Kidwelly, Pembroke
and of course the Cathedral of St Davids and beautiful coastal Pembrokeshire.
Gower and its unspoilt beaches are also within easy reach.
Tariff's
We have two twin rooms, one with en-suite
