Beacon Park Boats 10 luxury narrow boats, all Tourist Board inspected and sleep from 2 persons up to 7. We are a family run canal boat holiday hire business, located on the Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal, set within the Brecon Beacons National Park. This is arguably the most beautiful and scenic canal of all. Your narrowboat holiday starts from our home, not the archetypal messy boatyard. You can relax after your journey and enjoy refreshments on our Wharf.
We are committed to providing you with a selection of prestigious canal boats, a truly memorable canal holiday, and an outstanding level of service.
A fantastic base to start your narrowboat hire holiday, this historic wharf was built in 1804 to store pig iron which was loaded onto barges for transportation to the coast at Newport. We now enjoy far reaching views across Abergavenny and there are delightful walks within the Blaenavon World Heritage Site and Brecon Beacons National Park.
We are ideally located on the canal so that Talybont on Usk is within easy reach
for a weekend and Brecon, is just right for a week’s cruise.
We offer canal boat holiday hire at competitive prices with no hidden extras. No charge is made for dogs as we believe that a narrowboat holiday is perfect for both dogs and their owners.
