Château Aude  is situated in a pretty village between Beziers and Narbonne.  The beach is just 15 minutes away. The Canal du Midi runs through the village with its pretty boats and it is possible to walk to the nearby shops and restaurants.

The chateau has its own private swimming pool. 

The area is renowned for its magnificent and countryside with vineyards, mountains, valleys, rivers and lakes.

Accommodation

The chateau sleeps up to 20 guests but discounts are available for smaller groups of 10 or fewer - please enquire. The chateau comes with satellite TV, DVD player, stereo and table tennis table.

Bedrooms

There are ten beautifully furnished and decorated double bedrooms. Additional beds can be added to the majority of the bedrooms if required.

Bathrooms

8 spacious bathrooms, and 7 WCs.

Entrance Hall

 Large and welcoming entrance hall beautifully decorated.

Dining Room and Living Room

 Large dining room, and the living room which is cosy and comfortably furnished. 

Kitchen

Fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, 2 large fridges, large separate freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen also has two additional storage rooms.

Swimming pool

 
Outside there is a private and fenced swimming pool set in the grounds of 8 acres.  There is plenty of seating to dine outdoors as well as sun lounges by the pool.

Around the area

The property can be found at the entrance of the village set in a very peaceful location. The Mediterranean is also close by.

The area  has outstanding Romanesque architecture, sites of historical interest and excellent and reasonable priced restaurants and wines.

Nearest Airport: Montpellier at 15 Kilometres

Nearest Motorway: Beziers at 5 Kilometres

Nearest Train: Beziers at 1 Kilometres

Nearest Beach: beach at 15.0 Kilometres

Car: Not necessary as close to the major city. Close to the beach.

Please Note:- Catering is available at the chateau by local catering companies (traiteurs) - This will cost from 30 euros per person for a 4-course meal.

It is also possible to hire a cook from the local village/town who can do any cooking that you wish during your stay. They are normally  happy to buy the food and settle up with you afterwards. Costs are  between 10 and 15 euros per hour. Maid service is also available for between 10 and 15 euros per hour.

Pets Allowed.

No smoking in the property.

Terms and Conditions

Security deposit: €500. This is paid on arrival and will be refunded in full after departure subject to damage inspection.
Linen & towels: €15 per person.
Energy costs: Included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning: €90.
Arrival time: 4pm onwards.
Departure time: 10am.
  
It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property

*Please note that prices are quoted in either Euros or GBP Sterling depending on the property. However, all deposits will be charged in GBP sterling using the exchange rate on the day the booking is confirmed
