Three privately owned self-catering luxury ski properties in some of the best skiing resorts in France.

The most recent one is a newly built chalet in Samoens - Chalet Teresa. It is 190 sq metres in all and will be open in October 2005.

The apartments and new chalet were selected after discussion with skiers. Great care was taken with location, access to skiing, an attractive environment and an up-market construction.

Chalet Zita - Sleeps 12

This luxury spacious 120 sq metre three floor apartment with supermarket, good restaurants, pub and carry-out pizzeria close-by, is located in a brand new development in the original Méribel village.  It is conveniently near the Telesiege de Golf - a chairlift that takes you into all of the vast Three Valleys ski area. It is served by snow cannons so there is always good snow there. The free ski bus also passes nearby.

Accommodation comprises of:- a very large living area with a log fire creating that traditional Alpine atmosphere, satellite TV and a video player.
The apartment is ideal for two or even three couples with lots of kids who love to share with their pals! There is also a sofa bed for two in the living area which you might want to use depending on the mix of your party. There is an underground car parking space. There is a fully-appointed kitchen. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms - one with an en suite bathroom. In all, the apartment has two bathrooms and a third toilet. A feature is the large attic bedroom (20 sq metres) which sleeps four.  

Chalet Michelle, Samoens - Sleeps 6/8

The apartment is within reach of some of the most extensive skiing in the Alps. The ski bus takes you to the new high speed lift where you are only eight minutes away from the Grand Massif which boasts 260 kilometres of pistes and, as most of the slopes are north or north-west facing, they keep their snow.

Les Gets is only 15 minutes by car away from Samoëns. But, Samoens has its own great local skiing and is fully  linked into the Grand Massif resorts of Flaine, Les Carroz and Morillon.

As yet undiscovered by many Brits Samoens is a magical French village with some of the world's best skiing on its doorstep. It is traditionally French with a beautiful mediaeval church and square. There is every opportunity to sample the local food and wine in the many restaurants. Or you can buy produce in the local market. 

Accommodation comprises of:-  Chez Michelle is a luxury apartment that will sleep 6/8 people on 2 floors. On the first floor there is a large living area with a log fire, a fully-equipped kitchen - dishwasher, washing machine and dryer - two double bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet, and two balconies. There is a TV, video player, and CD and radio.

A TV, Video & Hi-Fi is available so bring your favourites CD's And videos. On the second floor there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom. There is a sofa bed in the TV area. The apartment is located in a brand new chalet 900 metres from the centre of town, and has a garage. It is fully equipped with bedding and towels, crockery and cutlery. There are raclette and fondue sets for you to enjoy traditional Savoyard dishes round the log fire.

Fully equipped including all linen and towels the weekly prices even includes an unlimited supply of logs to keep the open fire roaring as you relax around it with a glass of your favourite wine and prepare your body for the next day's assault on the slope. 

Chalet Teresa - Sleeps maximum of  14

Chalet Teresa is a brand new chalet - opening in Oct 2005 - with 5 en suite bedrooms. It can sleep a maximum of 14 people. In summer clients can enjoy the heated swimming pool in the chalet's garden. The chalet is close to the centre of this conservation village and very near shops, good restaurants and pubs. The main lift is about 3 minutes away by car or the free ski bus. It has been designed and furnished with skiers in mind - tiled and parquet floors, a large ski lock-up area, well heated and with an integral garage

Accommodation comprises of:-  a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, cooker and oven and a breakfast bar. The dining room table seats 12 and the large living area has a log fire, satellite TV, DVD and Video player and a Hi-Fi system.

All five bedrooms have twin beds and ensuite bathrooms. Four more beds can be added to accommodate up to 14 guests. There is an integral garage and additional surface parking.

Price includes all bed linen, towels, logs for the fire, local taxes, a mid-week clean if desired and fresh baguettes and croissants delivered every morning in time for breakfast.
