Our Luxury Family Condo situated in a residential district with a bust stop at the gate.
The property is very comfortable set in quiet surroundings making this the ideal
base to visit the beautiful Cote d'Azur, Cannes, Monaco, and St. Tropez.
The Condo is within walking distance of the beach (ten minutes), Nice-center (20 minutes), and the supermarket and shops.
The climate offers good temperatures in year round especially in the spring and autumn.

This furnished, luxury sixth-floor condo features a superb view of the sea to
the south, and the mountains to the north. It is beautifully furnished and
decorated throughout. Special features include marble floors, a modern kitchen
and bathrooms.
The Kitchen is:- fully equipped and has Blender, coffee maker, dish washer, Ice-Maker, iron & board, microwave oven, refrigerator, Spices, Stove-Top-Burners, toaster, and a washing machine.

Lounge:- Beautifully furnished and decorated central heated equipped with cable TV with US channels, a stereo, and two phones and concierge fax.
2 Terraces:- 40ftx6 overlooking the "Baie des Anges , from Cap d'Antibe to Cap Ferrat and the 2d terrace (12x3 ft} oriented N-E overlooking the Alps.
Parking:- There is secure area for
parking at the foot of Building where the condo is located. A garage is
also available. An automatic gate with a code protects the parking.
