The Orchard Studio is a relaxing and tranquil holiday home for 2 with a large and private sunny garden with terrace and small pool.
The Orchard Studio is situated on the edge of the tranquil village of Fosse, nestling in the foothills of the Pyrenees, but only 40 miles west from Perpignan and its international airport.
Fosse is set in the heart of the stunning Fenouilledes, a major wine producing region, and is surrounded by open and unspoilt countryside, making this the ideal place for people who like walking and bird watching, but still a pleasant drive to the 3 faboulous Cathar Castles of Queribus ,
Puilaurens and Peyrepertuse. The village of Fosse also has its own large
open-air pool, available July and August, 6 afternoons per week, there is also a
tennis court.
The Orchard Studio
This is a well equipped and comfortable holiday home for 2 people, offering a relaxing holiday in the peaceful surrounds of this beautiful area. There is a large and private garden with terrace , BBQ , table and chairs , sun loungers and the small but private free standing pool ( 12ft dia x 3ft deep ) May - Sept
Bedroom:- The bedroom has a comfortable double bed with bedside tables and lamps, a wardrobe and clothes drawers. The two windows overlook the garden onto the fields behind.
Living area:-
The cosy living area has a
log burning stove and electric radiator for early and late season. 2 seater sofa and 2 chairs with coffee table and
book shelf where you will find some good books for holiday reading, and maps giving local information,
a cd/radio/cassette player .
The kitchen:- is small but well formed and well equipped for your holiday needs, with a 4 ring gas hob, electric oven, extractor fan, fridge with freezer box and plenty of cooking utensils. The dining table and chairs are situated opposite.
The shower room:- has a walk-in shower, wash basin with shelving and mirror above, towel hangers and wc .
Around the area
This is an ideal location for those who want to escape and enjoy the simple
pleasures of life , but close enough for those who want more in the way of
activities such as Horse riding , White water rafting , Canoeing , Rock climbing
and Swimming . More water sports can be had as the Mediterranean coast is only
an hour away by car.
Locally there are open-air markets , a great place to buy local produce and mix with the locals. There is a selection of bars and restaurants all within a short drive, as well as bread shops, super markets, banks, chemists, and when it comes to wine tasting you will be spoiled for choice.

Prices per week for the studio.

| 3rd Nov - 30th Dec | £140 per week |
The prices include all bed linen and towels, changed weekly and also heating and logs for out of season lets from October - April.
We do try to be flexible for changeover day , otherwise Saturdays.
Arrival time after midday.
Departure time before 10am , but again will try to be flexible
Winter weekends available at £ 30.00 per night , minimum of 3 nights.
