Established in 1992 LA VILLENEUVE stands in 9 acres of mature wood and grassland. It is an old farm complex which has been converted into 8 self catering GITES together with a detached cottage and has a superb outdoor Heated Pool, and has many local beaches. Also available a selection of detached houses to rent in the area. The ideal venue for a holiday in France.

Our heated pool has an average temperature of 28 degrees centigrade for May June and September, higher for July and August.

RIEC SUR BELON is known as the oyster capital of France. It is ideally suited for sightseeing with Quimper, Concarneau, Carnac and Pont Aven all within easy reach and makes for an unbeatable vacation in Brittany.

The area is perfect for the cyclist, windsurfer and sailor alike with a multitude of places to visit. Photographers and artists will be in their element and for the walker there are numerous coastal and country walks.

Many excellent restaurants are to be found, both in Riec and the surrounding villages. Crepes and seafood are among the local specialities.

Living/dining/kitchens. Bathrooms with shower, basin and w/c.1 double bedroom and one twin bedded room. French windows onto private sitting out area. One of the Gites has bathroom downstairs and the Twin bedded room downstairs.

Most Gites will take an extra full size z bed. All Gites will take cots. Stair gates in all Gites.

Our fully enclosed outdoor heated pool 13m x 6m is 90cm deep at the shallow end and 1m 40cm at the deep end.

Heated outdoor swimming pool open May to September (subject to prevailing weather conditions).
