Ten minutes from the sea, 20 minutes from the city centre and less than one hour from the four great Natural Parks of Abruzzo, Colle Moro can offer you the opportunity to enjoy the Riviera's sandy beaches without sharing overcrowded summer resorts, to enjoy the clubs and nightlife without enduring the daytime noise, and to admire the wild beauty of Abruzzo Mountains without being isolated.
You can easily reach Colle Moro by any form of transport, we are 3 minutes from the highway exit, 10 minutes from the ring road, 20 minutes from the city centre and the airport. This is the perfect place to arrange parties, receptions, business meetings.
The complex consists of three villas surrounded by beautiful gardens with the lovely scent of the flowers in all seasons. Farmland surrounds the villas and includes six hectares of olive grove, providing privacy and peace for your stay.
Granny's Den Nonna Delisca
The apartment is a 64 sq.metres which sleeps four. The apartment is very quiet and away from all the noise. It is situated on the ground level on the east wing of "Villa I Tre Ciliegi", and has an independent entrance. The flat has three rooms which all open onto the terrace and garden.
In the living room:- there is a fireplace and a double sofa-bed.
The kitchen-dining room:- is furnished with stove, oven, fridge, and dish-washer.
The
double-bedroom:- has a bath-room en suite.
There is a Washing machine for common use in the building.
The Tavern or Tavernetta
This apartment is 133 sq,metres and sleeps 4+2 and has
a independent entrance, and is situated on the ground level on the east wing of "Villa Maria".
It was once the hobby room of the villa, also used for family gatherings, and
offers a very roomy lodging in a simple accomodation. It has a particularly easy
access to the garden, which is very enjoyable during a summer vacation. A double
bedroom, the kitchen and the bathroom (with shower) open on a very big hall,
divided in dining zone, living - with couches and a fireplace - plus one
sleeping zone equipped with a double sofa-bed and an extra double sofa-bed.
The kitchen is furnished with stove, oven, fridge and washing machine.

Bed and Breakfast at Villa Maria
The Colle Moro villas were built
for family use, so the each room is different, some have the privilege of a
private balcony, some have ensuite bathroom, one is large, another is brighter
but they were all designed to give each member of the family a nice place to
relax.
Being a guest in our B&B is not like staying in a hotel, as you will have the pleasure of enjoying the atmosphere of a lived in house and sharing with resident people of everyday life. To be welcomed with the care reserved to a guest entering our home is something beyond the usual parameters, its what makes the difference.
Room Prices
Accomodation in a double room with two single beds or 1 double bed is from 50 to 65 euros per night.
A single person in a double room enjoys a 30% reduction.
A extra small bed for a child is an extra 10 Euros per night.
The price includes breakfast, daily cleaning and change of sheets every four days.
Reception Room
The us of the reception room is for day hours only, not before midday and not after 8pm. The price is 350 Euros and includes a small buffet with tea, coffee and assorted biscuits. More elaborate buffets can be arranged on request.
How to get here
People driving on the speedway should use the Citta Sant Angelo Pescara Nord exit to reach us. If you drive from Pescara reach the speedway exit.
From there follow the road to Citta Sant Angelo. The road signs are well visible.
After 500 metres the road turns into a straight stretch. Halfway on your left you will see Villa Serona a nursing home. At the end of the stretch there is a right curve and then a left curve.
On the left curve on the right hand side of the road you will see the entrance between two brick walls. Follow the road through the entrance 50 metres onwards through an iron gate. Ring the bell at Villa Maria.
