VENICE - CANNAREGIO ( Campo San Geremia )  - Charming restored apartments in XV century building.

The Apartment overlooks a spacious Venetian square ( Campo San Geremia, Cannaregio district). The square is very characteristic ( with its 3 marble water wells), quiet but also full of life.  Easily reached whether arrival is by car, train or plane.  -   See Below

From the window you can see the side of the Saint Geremy and Lucy Church which contains  the body of Saint Lucy ( eyes Patron ).

Close to the Church there is the famous Palazzo Labia,  with Tiepolo painter frescos, now Italian Television office.

1st floor apartment   sleeps 4  

Comfortable sunny apartment, 500 sq feet, newly restored comprising of:- sitting-
dining room, small well equipped kitchen ( stove, fridge, microwave); bath with
shower. Two bedrooms, one with a double and one with twins bed. 
 

The 1st. floor apartment has air conditioned, washing-machine, television.

2nd floor apartment   sleep 4/5 

Comfortable sunny apartment, 500 sq feet, newly restored comprising of:- sitting-
dining room with kitchen corner ( stove-fridge-oven ); bath with shower.

 

Two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a three quarter bed.

In addition there is a double sofa bed in the sitting room.
 
 

The 2nd floor apartment has air conditioned, washing machine, television and telephone.

Around the area

Close to home, less than 3 minutes, there is Strada Nova, where you can find many food shops from the small green grocer's, the fish seller, the butcher, the bakery to the big supermarket BILLA.

Close to home there is the famous Jewish Ghetto, the oldest in Europe.

The building is conveniently located near all the main vaporetto terminals allowing you direct access to anywhere in Venice and the estuary ( Lido, Murano, Burano and Torcello ). 

There are many restaurants and typical taverns within walking distance.

Prices: from 15 October to 15 April € 1.150 for a week for 4 people

From 16 April to 14 October  € 960 for a week for 4 people

We also rent for less than  a week,( not less than 3 nights.)
