Villa Palma is a brand new beautiful six bedroom villa situated only 15 minutes from the beautiful seaside resort of Sitges.

Take a winding road through vineyards and stunning mountain scenery and you  reach the villa surrounded by forest in a beautiful secluded location.

Just 40 minutes drive away is Barcelona, and many secluded beaches.

Accommodation

The Villa has everything to ensure that your holiday will be relaxing and enjoyable:-

Bedrooms:- Six double bedrooms sleeping twelve people.

Each bedroom has a large double bed (180cm wide) that can be split into two single beds, an oak fronted wardrobe, stainless steel laundry bin and a mirrored clothes cabinet. All bedrooms also have hair dryers, irons and ironing boards. Bedlinen and towels are included.

Bedroom 1 (whole of top floor of villa):- Very large and spacious with an ensuite bathroom. Large sliding doors lead onto a large balcony. Balcony has a table and two chairs and many large plants creating a secluded oasis

Ensuite bathroom: bidet, toilet, basin, bath with shower head and a separate shower cubicle

Bedroom 2:- sliding doors leading onto a large balcony overlooking the pool. The balcony has two rocking chairs .

Bedroom 3:- as general bedroom

Bedroom 4:- Very bright and airy. Two large sliding doors, one leads onto the Lower Terrace, other goes straight out to the Pool Terrace

Bedroom 5:- Large bedroom. Comfortable and spacious but does not have a window. Leads to an ensuite bathroom

Ensuite bathroom: Bidet, toilet, basin and a bath with shower head. Doors to Bedroom 5 and the Lounge hallway.

Bedroom 6:- Looks out to the pool and has an ensuite shower room

Shower Room: Wash basin, toilet, bidet and a walk in shower

Two spacious lounges:- Lounge area: Large six person L-shaped sofa, TV, satellite, Hi-Fi, DVD player and selection of popular DVDs. Telephone and fax machine. PC computer running Windows with high speed ADSL internet connection.

Dining area:- Six dining chairs and an extendible dining table seating up to ten. Large sliding doors lead onto the Upper Terrace.

Kitchens:- Two fully fitted and equipped kitchens, Two washing machines and dishwashers.

Plenty of space across three floors ensuring privacy and freedom.

Sun drenched south facing grounds with sun all day long.

Totally private location allowing nude sunbathing.

Please note: due to the secluded nature of the villa we recommend you hire a car. The last 300 yds to the villa is an untarmaced road.

Outside: - Private pool with curved steps into water. Tapered rectangle measuring 10m by 6m along longest sides. Deepest point just over 2m. Stunning under water flood lighting, ideal for night swimming

Pool is not heated but is generally beautifully warm and ideal for swimming May to September Large poolside terrace has six sun loungers with side tables and parasols. Gets the sun all day long.

Back terrace at far end of grounds has a dining table and six dining chairs

A wide tiled path leads all around the grounds (total area of 1000 sq. m.)

Grounds planted with palms, exotic plants, citrus and other fruit trees

Secluded forest setting with no adjoining neighbours

Around the area

South of Barcelona straight down the main motorway (C32) which provides very good connections. Barcelona town centre, Barcelona airport, Sitges and Tarragona are all off the C32.

Barcelona is very simple to drive into. Straight down C32 following signs.
Many cheap car parks in town.

Sitges is nearest beach resort and has a free car park. Lovely Spanish town with traditional Spanish feel and still has not been over developed. Highly popular with affluent Barcelona residents. Many great restaurants, bars and clubs.

Regular trains into Barcelona from Sitges.

Barcelona airport is closest and best airport to fly into .

There are many other beach resorts within 20 minutes drive.

Car hire is highly recommended in order to make best use of local facilities. There are however some taxis and a limited bus service.
