Set in a quiet residential area within easy reach of all amenities. The villa is situated in the hills close to the salt lakes with breathtaking views over the valley to the coast of La Manga.

Situated only 10 minutes drive from the sea and Blue Flag beaches. Just past 5 or 6 other villas you can the magnificent views of salt lakes and take a stroll around the area. At the rear of the villa there are  two terraces, both have for beautiful views of the valley below and uninterrupted views across the valley to La Manga and the Mar Menor (small sea).

The climate in the southern Cost Blanca is very mild as it is sheltered by the mountains and salt lakes. The minimum average daily temperature even in the winter months is usually 16 or 17 degrees. Spring and autumn bring temperatures of 20-24 degrees and the summer reaches 30 degrees.

The plaza at Villamartin boasts many restaurants and bars with lively entertainment and is just a 5 minute drive away. The choice of restaurants in the entire area is vast ranging from traditional tapas and paella to Chinese, Indian and Italian.

The nearest bars, restaurants and shops are a 15 minute walk.

The property is decorated and furnished to a high standard.

Ground Floor:- Large lounge and diner including: Air conditioning/heating Satellite TV with some English channels, Music centre and DVD player.

Fully fitted kitchen:-  including microwave, Utility room which houses the washing machine.

Upstairs:- Master bedroom with air conditioning / heating and with its own balcony and views to the sea, Twin bedroom and Bathroom/WC

There is a Garage, three Balconies/Sun terraces and access to a roof terrace.

Garden:- Has a kidney shaped swimming pool  8x4 metres, Patio furniture, sun lounges and BBQ.

Around the area

The closest beaches are La Zenia or Cabo Roig bay. Lo Pagon is a further 15 minutes away to experience a typical Spanish resort. 

The old towns of Elche, Cartehenga and the City of Murcia are all within 30-40 minutes drive as is Alicante and La Manga.

Murcia is an affluent Spanish city with a very up market shopping centre and many historic buildings such as the Cathedral and Museum Salzillo. Fortuna, famed for its hot water springs is situated west of Murcia.

The Island of Tarbarca is well worth a boat trip from Torrevieja. 

Activities

There are 3 golf courses within 5 minutes drive of the Villa including Villamartin and Real de Campoamor. There are 16 in the area in including the famous La Manga. There is also tennis, bowling, petangue, water parks, theme parks and of course Spanish fiestas depending on the time of year.

The street markets are daily in various towns and villages in the area including San Pedro, San Miguel and Torrevieja.

Airports:-  Alicante or Murcia. Alicante is approximately 50 minutes drive and Murcia 35-40 minutes.

Bookings are preferred Saturday to Saturday in the high season.
Arrival time after 4pm and on departure the Villa needs to be vacated by 11.00am or by arrangement.
A £500 booking/cancellation fee and breakage deposit is required at the time of booking.
