Accommodation
Cave 1:- Ideal for a Honeymoon, this cave has a bedroom, combined living/ dining room, complete shower and toilet facilities and a sun terrace.
Cave 2:- Perfect for spending hours drinking in the scenery, this
cave has a master bedroom, bed alcove, a children's room, a living/dining room,
kitchen, pantry, a complete bathroom, and a sun terrace.
Cave 3:- Keep the atmosphere of the
original inhabitants. This cave has 3 bedrooms, a living/dining room, kitchen,
complete shower and toilet facilities, and a sun terrace.
Cave 4:- This cave has charming ambience.
It comprises of one Bedroom, a living room/kitchen, complete shower and toilet
facilities, and a sun terrace.
Cave 5:- The cave for friends and parties.5 Bedrooms, living room, dinning room, kitchen, a full bathroom, as well as a sun terrace.
Cave 6:- Sleeps 4-6. This cave is for the independently
minded, set slightly away from the main complex. 2 large bedrooms, mid-room,
comfortable lounge, mediation room and kitchen. Not quite as well equipped as
the other caves (eg no washing machine) but has everything you could need.
Bar and Restaurant:- One of the
highlights to your stay at Aljatib will be our Bar & Restaurant. Our kitchens
use only the best fresh ingredients many of which come direct from our own
vegetable gardens. We have 3 types of cooking, Traditional Andalusian, Arabic
and French.
Hammam:- Our traditional Arabic Hammam is one of Baza's most unusual sights. The hammam is constructed completely in a Troglodyte cave. Within the hamman there are changing rooms for ladies and men, hot bath, warm room and a cold bath, natural solarium, massage room and a "chill out" room.
Teteria:- In our Traditional Arabic tearoom and terrace you can enjoy some of our finest selections of teas. Taking tea is an essential and fulfilling part of life in Granada.
Children's Cave:- Aljatib is child friendly, you will often hear the sounds of happy children playing. The safe play cave is full of wonderous tunnels and slides (even a tunnel from the restaurant to the play area). In the cave is a large soft area for jumping and playing.
Things to do:- All around the Al Jatib Caves there is a myriad of things to do and to see. From discovering and experiencing the beautiful nature parks to swimming off the virgin beaches of Cabo de Gata or in the walled canyons of the Negratin Reservoir, to visiting the historical sites such as the Alhambra & Museum of Orce your stay in Andalucia will be full, fun and varied.
