Bramble Cottage is a brick and flint country cottage situated on a quiet country lane in the small picturesque village of Hempton.
Hempton is located on the southern outskirts of Fakenham and is set around a large common with the duck pond and village pub being within easy walking distance of the cottage. The busy market town of Fakenham situated alongside the tranquil River Wensum, is also only a few minutes walk away.
Ideally situated for exploring the North Norfolk coastline, the many small towns and villages, City of Norwich and the Norfolk Broads which are all easily accessible by car.
The property has been modernised, refurbished and tastefully decorated to a high standard.
Accommodation comprises of :-
Lounge
Furnished with comfortable 3 piece suite, colour
TV and video, leading through to dining room which has a farmhouse pine table
and chairs with matching Welsh dresser.
Kitchen
The kitchen is well equipped with a full size electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and toaster.
Bathroom
The bathroom has the benefit of a bath with an electric shower
above, W.C. and wash hand basin, there is also an
electric shaver point and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 1
Furnished with a pine double bed, large wardrobe, dressing table and
twin bedside cabinets.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom has 2 pine single beds, wardrobe and chest of
drawers. There are duvets on all beds and bed linen is included in the price.
Wall mounted electric fan heaters heat the kitchen and
bathroom whilst night storage heaters heat all other rooms. This is
included in the price.
Garden
There is a private, small enclosed, south facing, rear garden with patio area, garden furniture and a barbecue.
No smoking is allowed in the cottage. Sorry no pets.
Unfortunately we cannot accept children under the age of 8years..
Towels
are provided free of charge.
There are three mountain bikes available for your use.
There is a telephone which only accepts incoming calls.
Parking is on the roadside at the front of the cottage.
Activities
For those who enjoy walking there are many delightful walks in this part
of Norfolk, including the Weavers Way,
Peddars Way and Marriotts Way.
Places to visit
The North Norfolk coastline, the many small towns and villages,
City of Norwich and the Norfolk Broads which are all easily accessible by car.

Short breaks (normally a minimum of 3 nights) can be booked, subject to availability. Please telephone for details.
A deposit of £50.00 is required for each week or part week booked. The balance is payable 4 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday.
Unless otherwise agreed you will have access to the property from 2.00pm on the first day of your holiday and should vacate the cottage by 10.00am on the day of departure.
