This lovely old house situated right on the village green in Walberswick is divided into two flats which are available to rent by the week or for short breaks.

The house is situated only a few hundred yards from the beach the first floor, Hedgeley Flat, has sea views on the south facing side. The lounge window offers a particularly good outlook from its large bay window.

Accommodation  

The ground floor, Hedgeley.

 Hedgeley, the owners' house, is only available in July/Aug. Decorated and furnished to a high standard, sleeps four in two double rooms, is well equipped and has Sky television. The south facing sun room, dining room, bathroom with separate shower and toilet makes this a very comfortable choice.

Single Bedroom

Large comfortable lounge/dining room with additional alcove bed (extensive sea views)

     

Newly equipped Kitchen (with sea views) including washing machine and microwave.

Shower room with new "power shower"

All light and heat is included and free private parking is available (parking can be very difficult in Walberswick in the summer!).

Garden with furniture and barbeque are for use by guests.

High chair and cot are also available.

Hedgeley, the owners home, is only available to rent in July and August, whilst they are away so bookings are not able to be made over this period.
