Lane Cottages are in close proximity to Delamere, Chester and Wales. The village of Tarvin is located in the centre of the attractive Cheshire countryside 7km from the historic town of Chester. Evidence of Chester's Roman history abounds and visitors can walk around the old city on a high sandstone wall. The streets have shops on two levels and a worldwide selection of restaurants. The nightlife is busy with entertainment ranging from live theatre to jazz venues and discos.

The cottages back onto an attractive shared garden where guests can sit under an cherry tree and enjoy a glass of wine, however, the owners wish to emphasise that these cottages are not detached and isolated. They are located in the centre of village and guests are never far away from adjoining property.   Cottages are centrally heated with guests having full access to the boiler.

Cottage 1:-  Has a modern, fabric covered three piece suite, coffee table, two bookcases and two occasional tables, mall patio leading to shared wall garden

Lounge/Dining area:-  Beamed ceiling and has a table with six chairs and welsh dresser decorated with Victorian china-ware, and flame original cast iron fireplace. Multi-channel LCD Television, Video Libraries and extensive reading materials and guide books.

Kitchen:-  Fully fitted kitchen with washing machine and fridge, oven, microwave, fat free grilling machine, electric Kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, dinner service and glassware.

Bedrooms:-  One double and one twin bedded room

The bathroom:-  is fully tiled and has full sized bath and extra large shower cubicle.

Downstairs toilet/cloakroom.

Small patio with attractive table and chairs leading to shared.

Walled garden.

 Cottage 2:- is furnished with two attractive 2-seater sofas, a coffee table and wall-unit containing video library and reading material. A wide range of games are available. Small children's equipment such as cot, highchair and buggy can be provided if requested in advance. There is a well stocked toy box.

Lounge:-  with living flame original cast iron fireplace, multi-channel LCD Television, Video Libraries and an good range of reading materials and guide books.

Kitchen:- Fully fitted kitchen with washing machine and fridge, oven, microwave, fat free grilling machine, electric Kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, dinner service and glassware.

Bedrooms:-  One double and one twin bedded room

Bathroom:-  Fully tiled bathroom with toilet, bath and electric shower.

Parking is on a private car park adjacent to the cottages.

Mountain bikes are available for guests who wish to explore the attractive surrounding countryside and guests are encouraged to take advantage of the free drop-off and pick-up service for walkers and bikers. Mountain bikes and helmets available free of charge.
