  Luxury converted fully detached barn, sleeps up to 8 persons.  

Rofield Barn is situated 4 miles from Cheltenham Racecourse (towards Ledbury) with stunning views of the Cotswolds.

Accommodation

Ground Floor comprises of:-

Living/dining area:- Entrance to spacious open plan living and dining area with under-floor heating, attractive terracotta tiled floors and vaulted ceiling. Comfy sofas offer uninterrupted views of the Cotswold Hills. Snug area with feature fireplace and traditional stove, TV, video and hi-fi system. Dining area with seating for 8 guests leads into the kitchen.

Kitchen:- A fully equipped, spacious kitchen with every appliance including electric cooker and hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer

Bedrooms:- Also on the ground floor, a cosy twin-bedded room, a bathroom comprising washbasin, toilet and walk-in shower and a laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer.

First Floor comprises of:-

Bedrooms:- A galleried walkway leads one way to a very attractive master bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom comprising bath with overhead shower, toilet and washbasin. The other way leads to 2 further bedrooms, 1 with double bed, 1 with twin beds and a family bathroom comprising bath with overhead shower, toilet and washbasin.

Outside:-  A good sized, fully fenced-in garden equipped with garden furniture & barbecue and parking area for up to 4 cars. A small paddock lies next to the barn.

Services:-  Under-floor heating, central heating & electricity included in rental. Double glazing. Electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, automatic washing machine & tumble dryer, colour TV & video, hi-fi. Freshly laundered linen and towels included in rental.

Around the area

At Rofield Barn, there are country walks from your doorstep, including the new Coombe Hill Nature Reserve within half a mile. Our local pub, the Farmer's Arms, is a 3-minute walk away and serves good quality, home-cooked food. In addition, there are numerous other pubs nearby and some very good restaurants in Tewkesbury and particularly Cheltenham.

Pricing for January - December 2006

Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday with arrival at 4.00pm and vacation of property on final day by 10.00am.

3 Night Breaks:
Available for dates between 6th January 06 until 29th April 06 (for up to eight people) at an inclusive cost of £495 (except Bank Holidays and Gold Cup/Open meetings at Cheltenham).

Also available later in 2006 from 15th September 06 until April 07 (excluding Christmas &New Year).
