This delightful period cottage with a wealth of charm and character, is just minutes of the town centre and harbour making an ideal base for families.
Offering spacious accommodation over three floors the cottage is fully central heated and furnished to a very high standard.
Much thought has been given in equipping the cottage to enable the holidaymaker to feel at home and thoroughly enjoy their stay.
With its cobbled streets, picturesque harbour, magnificent coastal scenery and renowned cliff top Abbey, Whitby is a firm favourite with many holidaymakers all year round.

With beamed ceiling, large comfortable sofas, combined 20" colour TV and Video, CD Player and Radio, superb reproduction dining table and 6 chairs.
1st Floor
Bedroom 1
Roomy with beamed ceiling, double bed and ample storage space.
Spacious landing, Large bathroom with a three piece suite with shower over bath and attractive pine ceiling.
2nd floor
Landing with large Velux window.
Bedroom 2
Roomy with double bed and ample storage space.
Bedroom 3
With two single beds and ample storage space. A travel cot is available and can be placed in a bedroom of the holidaymaker's choice.

The sights of Whitby
If your ideal holiday is walking, what better than to be based here.
Enjoy splendid coastal or moorland walks knowing that on your return you can relax and put your feet up in the comfortable homely atmosphere of Silver Cottage. Children will love playing on the beach, rock pooling or fossil hunting and if that doesn't' appeal then a nostalgic steam railway ride from near Grosmont or Pickering would certainly spark some interest. Captain Cook's house is also a popular attraction.
Take a drive and visit one of the many villages along the coast and inland. Enjoy the wonderful scenery and perhaps stop and have lunch at one of the many inn's in the area.
Come evening take a walk around Whitby and discover its many eating places and watering holes, there's something to suit everyone,. Whitby also hosts many events, such as the Moor and Coast festival Regatta week and Folk Festival week, or why not visit when the colourful Goths are around, resplendent in their finery. Whatever your interests, we are sure Whitby will become a favourite destination for you, your family and friends, prompting you to return again and again.
