Flowery Dell Luxury Pine Lodges are set in a peaceful valley just over one mile from Richmond.

The lodges are situated on the edge of a wood which has a stream running through it. This unspoilt area, on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, is home to an abundance of natural wildlife and wild flowers and provides an ideal environment for a peaceful holiday in the heart of the Yorkshire countryside.

The Scandinavian Pine Lodges offer the traditional warmth of wood and are fully fitted with all the modern appliances to make your stay as restful as possible, or if you like serious walking, site seeing, and family holidays Flowery Dell is the perfect base.

The Lodges:-

The Scandinavian style lodges are full of character, set in natural woodland, with pine clad walls and ceilings and a spacious veranda balcony reached from the lounge. High quality fittings and furnishings ensure every comfort and convenience.

The dining kitchens are complete with full size cookers, fridges, dishwashers, washer/dryer machines and microwaves. Lounges have colour TV, video and CD stereo unit. Each lodge has a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. There are shaver points and hairdryers are provided.

Double glazing and electric central heating make the lodges ideal for out of season holidays. All fuel and power is included in the rent.

Oak, Ash & Sycamore Luxury Scandinavian Pine Double Storey Lodges Sleeps 2 – 4 (two bedroomed)

Traditional Scandinavian Lodges with pine clad walls & ceilings.

Each Lodge sleeps four people in a double & twin bedroom.

Full bathroom with bath, shower & sink & separate toilet located downstairs.

Fully equipped with extras such as washer/dryers, dishwashers, microwave, Tv/video & CD Stereo Units.

Holly, Larch & Willow Luxury Cottage Style Double Storey Lodge Sleeps 2 – 4 (Two bedroomed)

Externally very similar to the Oak, Ash and Sycamore lodges though these have a unique cottage style interior.

They are also fitted to a high specification with the addition of an extra toilet upstairs & wide screen TV/DVD player.

Chestnut Single Storey Luxury Country Lodge Sleeps 2 – 6(Three bedroomed)
 

This Luxury Country Lodge comprises of three bedrooms, a double with Tv/video & two twins. It has a full bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, sink & a separate toilet with sink.

The open plan living area comprises of a fully fitted kitchen including a gas hob, electric fan oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer & microwave.

Through the dining area into the lounge there are two suites, wide screen TV/DVD player and an electric woodburner style stove set in an inglenook fireplace.

Birch Deluxe Single Storey Lodge  Sleeps 2 –4 (two bedroomed)

This deluxe lodge consists of a double master bedroom with ensuite toilet/shower room Tv/video and a twin bedroom both with heated walk in wardrobes. Full bathroom with bath, shower & toilet.

Very similar open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area to Chestnut with even more accessories.

About the area

As well as being on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, it is within easy distance of York, Whitby on the East Coast, The Lake District, the West Coast, Newcastle & Metro Centre plus many more.

Just on your doorstep are Hudswell Woods, a National Trust property of ancient woodland on the south bank of the Swale, while the market town of Richmond has a stunning Norman Castle, the award winning Georgian Theatre Royal, charming shops and the largest cobbled market place in England.

Moreover, all around lies the magnificent countryside of the Dales which cannot fail to enthral you - indeed it is some of Britain's most beautiful. There's no shortage of fascinating things to do and see in the area.
