Moorland Cottages are situated in the heart of the heart of the picturesque village of Hutton-Le-Hole

      

Famous for it's pretty meandering stream, old stone cottages, and wide expanses of common land kept well cropped by resident sheep.

The village is well situated for exploring the North Yorkshire Moors, Historic Towns, Houses and Castles, and coasts of Whitby, Scarborough and Filey. The Pickering Steam Railway and the City of York are only a short drive away.  

Moorland Cottage:-  Sleeps 4/5

Converted from a stable block to provide a  comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The cottage sleeps four people in comfort and is equipped for an additional adult or child on a Z bed.

The entrance is to an open plan sitting, dining room and kitchen. A pine table with four chairs and a window seat for extra seating. A settee and two chairs for relaxing, colour television, satellite TV and radio cassette player.

The kitchen is fully fitted in pine, with an electric oven, fridge, kettle, microwave, caffetiere and pretty local pottery.

There are two bedrooms:-

One with a double bed, and one with twin beds. The beds have duvets and two pillows per person. We provide a hairdryer, also an electric blanket on request. Both bedrooms are furnished in pine. We have integrated smoke alarms fitted for your safety.

The bathroom has a modern suite with an electric shower over bath, a wc. washbasin with shaver socket. There are electric storages heaters throughout the cottage, except for the bathroom which has a wall mounted heater.

The parking, utility room, patio and garden are shared with Heather Cottage.

Heather Cottage:- Sleeps 4/5

Converted from a stable block. The  cottage sleeps four people in comfort and is equipped for an additional adult or child on a Z bed.

Entrance is to a fully fitted kitchen, with an electric oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, caffetiere and pretty local pottery. Seating is a pine table and four chairs.

A separate living room with colour television,  CD radio cassette player. There is a settee and an armchair.

There are two bedrooms:-

There utility room is shared with Moorland Cottage which is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer and vacuum cleaner.

We have ample private parking spaces, a garden, patio with furniture and barbeque for guests use.

November to Easter short breaks are available at a cost of £100 per 2 nights + £50 per extra night.

Special 2 person short breaks £70 per 2 nights + £30 per extra night

Pets welcome £10 per dog per week.£5 per dog for short breaks (2dogs only in each cottage).
