Fisherground Farm

We have three pine lodges and Beckfoot cottage which share an acre of orchard with its own Apple trees and a stream that opens out to the raft pool and with Beckfoot Cottage. It ha a real feeling, of peace, tranquillity and a return to our roots that is at the base of true 're-creation'.

With the sheep in the fields, buzzards in the sky, and herons on the stream and the children can just go out to play, on the rafts, or up at the Adventure playground, the ease of walking the dog, with all that space around and the miniature railway, the famous 'Ratty', whose stream engines trundle through the farmland and the stunning scenery makes this an ideal place to stay.Woodbank Lodge in Spring

What could be nicer than to sit out on the veranda with a gin and tonic and watch the world go by. All three face South and the orchard is a natural suntrap.

The lodges and cottage share the laundry, games room and adventure playground. The laundry has a washing machine, tumble drier, ironing board, freezer and a payphone.
