We are situated in a lovely position on the seafront, to enjoy all the magic atmosphere of the Blackpool Illuminations in the Autumn, and ideal for quiet, relaxing walks in the fresh air all the year round, yet only a few minutes walk from the famous Tower, the North Pier and all the Town Centre shops, theatres, pubs, restaurants, entertainments and amenities.
The Guest house has self-contained and self-catering flats near all amenities making an ideal base for holidays. RIVA is proud to be BSCHA Approved & Inspected.
We have also fully complied with Blackpool Borough Council's stringent new requirements for fire safety regulations and environmental health standards, and we hold all the necessary certificates of inspection and approval.
Our self-contained flats which accommodate between 2 - 6 people are clean, comfortable and well-equipped.
Constant hot water is provided in the flats for your convenience, and they all have private shower and toilet facilities (en-suite).
Equipment includes electric cookers, microwaves, fridges, toasters, heaters (both convectors + low-cost radiators) & colour televisions. Electricity is supplied by a £1 coin meter in each flat.
All bed linen is supplied. Guests should bring their own towels.
We are open all the year round - Short breaks are available out of season, including overnight stays, From £15 per person per night

FLAT 5 Sleeps TWO (a couple). Lounge with double divan bed, plus kitchen/diner area. Shower & Toilet room.

An easy walk along the Prom or Dickson Road will take you to the town centre
shops, clubs and entertainments. Regular trams from Cocker Square, go south to
Pleasure Beach, or north to Cleveleys and Fleetwood.
Please Note:
(1) Sorry, we do not have any ground
floor accommodation.
(2) For reasons of hygiene we regret that we are not able
to accommodate pets.
(3) To avoid disturbance and nuisance to other guests (and
to our own home) we regret that we do not accept 'stag' night or similar group
bookings. Only well-behaved guests are welcome.
