Riva Holiday Flats are very close to the Tower, North Pier and the Town Centre it is B.S.C.H.A. Inspected & Approved - your assurance of high standards.

We are situated in a lovely position on the seafront, to enjoy all the magic atmosphere of the Blackpool Illuminations in the Autumn, and ideal for quiet, relaxing walks in the fresh air all the year round, yet only a few minutes walk from the famous Tower, the North Pier and all the Town Centre shops, theatres, pubs, restaurants, entertainments and amenities. 

The Guest house has self-contained and self-catering  flats  near all amenities making  an ideal base for holidays. RIVA is proud to be BSCHA Approved & Inspected.

We have also fully complied with Blackpool Borough Council's stringent new requirements for fire safety regulations and environmental health standards, and we hold all the necessary certificates of inspection and approval.

Our self-contained flats which accommodate between 2 - 6 people are clean, comfortable and well-equipped. 

Constant hot water is provided in the flats for your convenience, and they all have private shower and toilet facilities (en-suite).

Equipment includes electric cookers, microwaves, fridges, toasters, heaters (both convectors + low-cost radiators) & colour televisions. Electricity is supplied by a £1 coin meter in each flat.

All bed linen is supplied. Guests should bring their own towels.

We are open all the year round - Short breaks are available out of season, including overnight stays,  From £15 per person per night

Accommodation

FLAT 1  Sleeps up to SIX. Lounge with two chair beds, plus kitchen/diner area. Bedroom with double divan bed and bunk beds. Shower room. Toilet room.

FLAT 2  Sleeps TWO (a couple). Lounge with double divan bed, plus kitchen/diner area. Shower & Toilet room.

FLAT 3  Sleeps up to SIX. *** Splendid sea views ***  Lounge with double divan bed + double sofa bed, plus kitchen/diner area. Bedroom with bunk beds. Shower & Toilet room.

FLAT 6  Sleeps up to FOUR. *** Splendid sea views ***  Spacious room with double divan bed and bunk beds, plus kitchen/diner area. Shower & Toilet room.

Shops & cafes are nearby in Dickson Road. An easy walk along the Prom or Dickson Road will take you to the town centre shops, clubs and entertainments. Regular trams from Cocker Square, go south to Pleasure Beach, or north to Cleveleys and Fleetwood.

Please Note:
(1) Sorry, we do not have any ground floor accommodation.  
(2) For reasons of hygiene we regret that we are not able to accommodate pets.
(3) To avoid disturbance and nuisance to other guests (and to our own home) we regret that we do not accept 'stag' night or similar group bookings. Only well-behaved guests are welcome. 

We are open all the year round, including Christmas & New Year.  Weekly bookings are from Saturday to Saturday, Long weekends from Friday to Monday and Midweek Breaks from Monday to Friday, but responding to the changing pattern of holidays, we will do our best to be flexible to meet your particular requirements, so please ask! Subject to availability we are flexible to take weekly bookings for any 7 nights (from £10 per person per night) or shorter bookings, from two nights upwards. (Prices for short breaks for a couple range from £15 per person per night - please ask for a quote).
