The separate paddock has a bubbling stream that commences its journey in the mountains and finally into the lake.
The historic village of St Bees is also close at hand with a long pebble and
sand beach and its famous cliffs with thousands of nesting sea birds. Market towns of Cockermouth and Whitehaven are only a short distance away
and the popular town of Keswick is only half an hour's drive from Routen.
