Comfortable and cosy for small numbers yet can equally provide excellent accommodation for large families or for conference accommodation.

        THE LODGE - sleeping up to 9 people

Downstairs are main sitting room, second sitting room with two sofa-beds, toilet, dining room, fully equipped kitchen inc dishwasher, cooker, microwave, and utility with fridge, freezer and washer/dryer.Full central heating, gardens and parking. Well behaved dogs accepted by prior arrangement.

        TICKENHURST HOUSE:- sleeps up to twelve people.

Detached farmhouse set in it's own gardens in open countryside.

Three double/twin rooms (zip & link beds allow you to choose your preference)- two with ensuite facilities, two twin rooms, main bathroom and further shower cubicle, main sitting room, dining room, second sitting room inc two single sofa beds, kitchen inc microwave, electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Full central heating, parking and own gardens. Well behaved dogs allowed by prior arrangement.

 

HOME FARM:- sleeps up to eight people

A comfortable farmhouse renovated in 2002.

Three double/twin bedrooms (your preference), two bathrooms, downstairs cloakroom, dining room (with single sofa-bed), sitting room (with single sofa-bed) and fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer). Full central heating, own garden and parking provided. Well behaved dogs accepted by prior arrangement.
 

Stable Cottage:- Sleeps up to two people maximum.

One bedroom, Bathroom with separate shower, sitting/dining room overlooking own garden, kitchen with fridge, microwave, cooker, dishwasher, washer/dryer.

STABLE FLAT:-Sleeps up to six people.

This a first floor flat with double/twin bedroom , single bedroom and "triple" room with three single beds, bathroom and kitchen/diner with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, cooker. Shared laundry. Views of countryside and of stable yard below (the children love it!).
 

 

THE FLAT:- Sleeps up to six people.

A second floor flat in Knowlton Court itself. It offers one 6'double/twin one 4'6" double and twin bedroom, bathroom, sitting room and kitchen/diner with cooker, fridge, microwave.
