Garian House Holiday Apartments are one of the few self catering establishments in the Portsmouth and Southsea area.

Southsea, within the naval town of Portsmouth, is an all year holiday destination.  It boasts a 4 mile long promenade with views across the Solent.

Portsmouth itself has a varied blend of attractions with an unusual mix of seaside resort and historical centres.

There are castles, museums and ships to explore, beaches to enjoy and evening entertainment to suit all tastes.

Apartments

All apartments are well maintained, clean and comfortable. Fire detectors are monitored in all apartments. Free wireless internet for your laptops (subject to availability) and free view TV has just been installed.

About Garian House:-  All flats and flatlets (minimum 2 persons) are fully furnished with en-suite bathrooms, bedding and linen, colour TV, vacuum cleaner, iron and board, fridge, cooker, microwave, kettle, plates and glasses, tea and coffee cups, cutlery, and enough pots and pans. 

As well as a rear garden equipped with chairs and tables, there is a comfortable and relaxing conservatory area. Clothes lines are supplied in the garden area, and maintenance staff are on call in case of any problems.

With your own keys, you have access at all times so you may enjoy all that this conveniently located accommodation can offer.

Around the area

There are a variety of supermarkets including Tesco’s, Co-op and Somerfield within walking distance. The area offers an unusually high number of restaurants, cafes, bars, and takeaways; all just round the corner.

Within a few minutes walking distance, Canoe Lake is a popular local family destination, including a children's play area, boating lake and cafe/restaurant.

Location:-  We are located in the Southsea area, not far from the main coast road, the A288.

By Road:-  Take the A27 into Portsmouth, turn off into A2030 ( Eastern Road). At the end, turn left to Southsea and head for the Seafront/Canoe Lake. Proceed along A288 (eastern Parade) turning right into Festing Road. Festing Grove is on the right hand side.
By Ferry:- Portsmouth has incoming ferry terminals from France, Spain and the Isle of Wight. From here, proceed along seafront past South Parade Pier, keeping Canoe Lake to your right. Turn left into Festing Road. Festing Grove is on the right.
By Air:- The nearest airport is Southampton International, which is approximately 30 minutes away by car.
By Rail:- The nearest train station is Fratton. This is approximately 5 minutes away by taxi.

Pets are permitted at a surcharge of £20 per week.
