The 'Hayloft' - A beautiful self catering apartment sleeping 2+1

Rosewyn Farm is a charming 17th century building which has been beautifully renovated to a high standard.

Attached to the farmhouse is 'The Hayloft' a spectacular self catering one bedroomed apartment. This is situated down a country lane only a mile away from the village of Summercourt.

Accommodation

Throughout the building there are hardwood floors and cathedral ceilings.

Bedroom

Beautifully decorated throughout with a  king size bed. There is a sofa bed in the lounge if needed.

Kitchen

Modern kitchen fitted with a breakfast bar, fridge freezer, cooker and most daily requirements.

Lounge

The modern comfortably furnished lounge has Tv and wonderful views across the countryside from the French windows.

Outside

There is a small  private patio with chairs to just sit and relax.

If you should require a babysitter this can often be arranged.

Private parking available.

Facilities in the area

Water sports, surfing, golf courses, cinemas, theatres, museums and galleries, and for the anglers fishing.

Places to visit

Scillies, Mevagissey, Charlestown, and St Michael's Mount, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Lanhydrock.

How to get here

At Exeter take the A30 heading west to Okehampton and Bodmin. Continue on the A30 for approx 80 miles. Look for the A392 and  approx 2 miles after take the exit to Summercourt. Drive into the village to the Corner Stores at the set of traffic lights. Behind the Corner Stores is Carnego Lane. About 1 mile down on your left is Rosewyn.
